bigger than the normal small pool you get
with other rental homes so come and enjoy
and see you kids develop their swimming

The hot tub is great for relaxing after a long day
at the parks! Soothe away your body and enjoy
an invigoratring bubble massage - oh and don’t
forget a nice glass of wine in the evening
watching the sun go down!
The main longe area is ideal for those lazy
evenings in relaxing watchinga movie with the
family. The 43 inch Smart TV allows you to
watch your Netflix or Amazon Prime as well as
a host of other apps to access programmes
The dining room table comfortablly seats 6 and
is ideal for a family meal or more formal dining.
The additional living area that is tastefully
decorated and leads out to the pool from the
villa. The patio doors are fitted with a child
alarm and safety closing mechanism so
children cannot access the pool area and is for
the safety of children entering the pool area
without adult knowledge. This room also has a
3 piece leather suite that can be converted into
a double sofa bed if your party requires and
has a 32 inch flat screen TV for your enjoyment
and Wii for those fun games!
The fully equipped kitchen has all you need to
allow you to have family meals or snacks. The
applicanes are all new stainless steel and has
all the pots, pans, plates & cultery as well as
microwave, coffee maker fridge with ice
maker……a must for sunny Florida!
Twin room to the back of the house - 2 single
beds and closet space in a Disney theme - kids
will love it and also adults!

smart enabled TV for you to enjoy programmes before lights out

oval bath and twin sinks as well as toilet. Plenty of
space for storage with under sink cabinets - all
towels and bedding provided
2nd bedroom has a king bed and overlooks front
of the house. Smart enabled TV and closet space
ensures a comfortable stay.
