you stay ?   We’d been told that Disney Hotels drink your cash, and unless you pay for the high end they are

not much better than ‘Travel Lodge’.  Friends recommended this and that - but we wanted Freedom; Flexibility;

Luxury; and easy access to Walt Disney World. This website delivered.Many Fly drive packages promise some

of the above – but what about that little bit      extra? We think we found it. After lots of time researching, we hit

on the idea of  hiring a private  Villa in a residential area. It’s about a 15 min drive to the Magic Kingdom.

Owned by an ex footballer – it has just got simply everything !There is a good supermarket ‘Publix’ at

Champions Gate within 2 miles.Eating out as you know has a vast choice. We tried breakfast at ‘Ponderosa’ 

about $8(Kids eat free every day) ‘Ponderosa’ is a good 10 mins drive away.Good non-overlooked private pool;

huge amount of space for 6 or 8 folk; A  kitchen with everything you could possibly need. An air-con system

that’s the quietest and most efficient I’ve ever come across. You deal with the owner in the UK.  Nice touches

are:- the hot tub; the very fast WiFi; The quality and standard of cleanliness was top notch. Free phone calls.

Very quiet area. This sounds like I’m a relative of the owner. . . Nope  . . . never met! I guard my independent

viewsNow the downside . . . “The Dishwasher took a long time”   . . . Yep that’s about it !•Clive Price, Scotland -

Glenn & Debra Monkman, Drexel Hill, PA, USA - The villa was just perfect. We were a bit concerned since we

never used the internet as a medium to locate a rental. Sometimes the pictures on the net aren't always what

you get. However, the moment we walked into the villa, wow! Everything was just perfect. All the comforts of

home and the extras like the pool & hot tub were just great. The location of the villa was extremely convenient

to all the attractions, shopping, restaurants, etc. We stayed the week before at one of the Disney resorts. It was

nice, but the house was better. I don't have any negative comments about the experience, it was great. We will

definitely recommend the villa to any of our friends who are interested and we will be back in the future.

Michelle Bhatt & family,Leicestershire, England - Everything about the villa was fantastic we didn't have any

complaints at all. The pool and jacuzzi were great - especially after walking round the parks all day.  Both were

spotless when we arrived.All in all it was brilliant - the best holiday we have had yet.  And to be honest, having

the villa just made it that extra bit special and we couldn't fault anything about it.  The only suggestion I could

make for future guests is just keep doing what you are doing!•

home!  Everything was perfect!  We felt instantly comfortable and right at home,  its very charming  Everything

was spotless when we got there, the pool was beautiful and everything was very well kept.  We met with Gene

who is really the nicest man and is doing a wonderful job maintaining your home, everything was clean and

perfectly set and he was genuinly interested in helping with any problems that might arise (which none did). 

We have stayed in 3 other homes in Orlando and this was by far our favorite. I'm already planning our next

vacation.  So as far as your home and the srevices there you get 5 stars easy.

with nothing else to do.  Again your house was very lovely and I still can't stop talking about it to all of the

people I know.  It made our Florida trip all the more enjoyable and comfortable.

Europe booked via the internet and none compares to the quality of your villa.The management company is

very helpful and responsive.  We only needed them for a couple of minor issues and they dealt with them very

promptly.  We used Terri, your ticket agent for our tickets and, again, very responsive and helpful.  We checked

out a number of alternative suppliers before we travelled but Terri's rates are competitive with the added

advantage of the personal service with having them delivered direct to the villa.

potential improvements, in our opinion everything was perfect, from the location, the comfort, and the privacy

several (approx 6) different families in the Orlando area and as silly as it sounds, yours is the only one that felt

like home.Your management company, namely Gene, was absolutely wonderful.  You could NOT do any better. 

I have dealt with other management companies and they feel just like that-Monday-Friday 9-5 and it's an

office.  Not Gene-"here's my cell number" he said and he made me feel like I was the only home he cared

about!!!!!  WONDERFUL!!! Your check in procedure was painless!!! Thank you so much for caring about our stay

(that only emphasizes that you are wonderful people!!!)  Thank you soooooooo much!

Ann Missoten, Germany- We had a wonderful, great time in Orlando.  The house was/is very nice. Kids had a

great time in the pool and jacuzzi.  The welcome feeling was great, tables already set for breakfast and dinner

was nice.   It was great to come home after a long hot day at the park and then just relax and have a swim.  We

were glad not to have stayed in  one of the hotels in the parks.
